Whats with the world nowadays?

First, my best buddy passed away before I could see him for the last time. That was two years ago. Then my uncle passed away a couple of months ago. Then aaron passed away two weeks ago. And now, my cousin just had an accident and passed away a few days ago.

What is Death? What is it like to die? Why are there so many deaths around? Is this a sign that time is running out? For this world? Outta those 4, only 1 of them is a Christian. Thats my best buddy, Xianliang. I still do miss him. We did stupid but fun things back then. Wreacked havoc together.

What the heck is going on?

Heard the news from my sister. Read her blog, and came to shock that my cousin passed away.

Life is fragile. Life is precious. So many people didn't have to die. So many people wanted to live on. They didn't have a chance. But we do. So treasure our lives, and live it out to the fullest extent. I still keep that overused quote of mine. "The Unexamined Life is not worth Living. -Socrates" Their memories live on in our memories. Though as my sister said, we weren't close to that cousin of mine, it still comes to a state of regret that I did nothing to save his soul.

All i can ask is that God bless his soul.

I have friends who think that living isn't worth it anyone. This is what i tell you. Wake up your damn idea. There are people who want to live but can't.

To X: You're always saying how bad your life is, you have no friends. etc. etc. So what if people think you're weird. So what if people don't like to hang out with you. People put problems as the major things they see.

Why not look at blessings as the major things we see instead? Blessings stay on in our hearts. Problems can be solved. They aren't permernant. Even a crippled dude can go mountain climbing. To others his disability is a permernant problem. To him, its just a challenge.

Talk about Doctor William Tan. My mum knew him from my church. He has polio. But he's a doctor. He travelled across Antartica. He made world records. Temasek Poly even supported his ideals.

Count your blessings.
